Terms of Service

1. The service. Cartoon AI turns your photos and story ideas into AI-generated comics. One credit = one complete comic (up to 6 panels, 2 characters, 3 regenerations per panel).

2. Credits & payment. Credits are purchased via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Credits are consumed when a comic is created. Failed generations that consume a credit are refunded — contact us.

3. AI output. Images are AI-generated and may contain artifacts. You own the comics you generate for personal and commercial use, to the extent permitted by law. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

4. Acceptable use. No illegal, hateful, violent, sexual, or impersonation content; no uploading of minors’ photos; no automated abuse of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Style names. Style names are artistic descriptions inspired by visual genres; we are not affiliated with any studio or trademark holder.

6. Availability. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but AI providers may have outages.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
