Who we are. AI Cartoon Generator Company (a solo project by Gonzalo de la Torre, Madrid, Spain) operates cartoongeneratorai.com. Contact: aicartoongeneratorcompany@gmail.com.

What we collect. (1) Your email address when you request a magic link; (2) photos you upload to turn into a comic character; (3) the comics, text and images you generate; (4) anonymous analytics (Google Analytics / GTM).

Why. To authenticate you, produce your comic, save it to your account, improve the product, and measure campaign performance. Legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering your comic), consent (marketing analytics), legitimate interest (abuse prevention).

Photos. Uploaded photos are used only to generate your character and are stored in private object storage with unguessable URLs. We do not use your photos for advertising or model training.

Processors. Supabase (database/auth/storage, EU region), Vercel (hosting, USA/EU), Replicate (image generation), Z.ai (text generation), Google (analytics), Resend (transactional email). These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention. Accounts and comics are kept until you ask us to delete them. Uploaded photos may be removed on request.

Your rights (GDPR). Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. Email us at the address above and we will respond within 30 days. You may complain to the Spanish DPA (AEPD).

Children. Not directed at children under 13 (16 in some EU countries).
